Frontline Combo Spot-On Flea & Tick Treatment for Cats & Dogs

Frontline Combo spot-on solution kills fleas, ticks, and chewing lice on cats and dogs. Available in formulations for cats, small dogs, medium dogs, and large dogs. Applied directly to the skin at the back of the neck for month-long protection.

How It Works

• Active Ingredients: Fipronil (10%) + (S)-methoprene (9%) — fipronil disrupts the nervous system of adult fleas and ticks; (S)-methoprene is an insect growth regulator (IGR) that prevents flea eggs and larvae from developing into adults.
• Kills adult fleas within 24 hours of application.
• Kills ticks (including Ixodes, Rhipicephalus, Dermacentor, and Amblyomma species) within 48 hours.
• Kills chewing lice (Trichodectes canis on dogs; Felicola subrostratus on cats).
• Breaks the flea life cycle by eliminating eggs and larvae in the pet's environment for up to 6 weeks.

Application & Dosage

• Method: Topical spot-on — part the fur at the base of the skull/back of neck and apply the full pipette contents directly onto the skin.
• Frequency: Once every 4 weeks for flea control; once every 4 weeks for tick control.
• Variants:
  • Cat: for cats and kittens over 8 weeks and over 1 kg
  • Small Dog: up to 10 kg
  • Medium Dog: 10–20 kg
  • Large Dog: 20–40 kg
• Do not apply to broken skin or allow contact with eyes or mouth.
• Keep cats and dogs separate for 24 hours after application to prevent mutual grooming.
