REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION

As a valued Pets Lounge UAE customer, you have the right to access and manage the personal data you share with us.

You have the ability to access or correct your data by going to your Pets Lounge UAE Account.

You can submit a request below to access additional personal data we may hold about you, or to enforce your right to be forgotten by requesting deletion of your personal data from our systems.

The email address you provide will be the email address we use to communicate with you regarding your request.

Once we have verified your identity, you can expect to have your request completed within 30 days of receipt. If, due to the complexity of your request, we are unable to complete your request within 30 days, we will notify you of any extension required and keep you informed.
