Just like humans, cats can be exposed to situations that cause stress. Changes in habits, such as a changed environment (new furniture, moving), new roommates or a change in food, particularly often lead to stress in cats and they no longer feel comfortable in their surroundings. Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
